Kula No Nā Po‘e Hawai‘i Kupuna Caregiver Community Network II Support

HACBED has partnered with Kula No Nā Poʻe Hawaiʻi (KULA), a Native Hawaiian beneficiary serving organization in the Papakōlea Hawaiian Homestead Region on Oʻahu to support the Papakōlea Kūpuna Community Care Network (KCCN) II Project. KCCN II is a three-year project supported by the Administration for Native Americans (ANA) that will support KULA’s goals to achieve long-term health equity and to help kūpuna safely age in place. KCCN II is a continuation of the initial KCCN project, which served kūpuna program participants through programmatic and health care services. In Year 2 of KCCN II’s three year project, HACBED will provide support in the form of:

  • Planning, convening, and facilitation assistance of Community Advisory Groups (CAG)
  • Compilation, analysis, and presentation of survey data with supplemental research as needed
  • Creation, editing, and building of KULA KCCN II Annual Reports for ANA and CAGs
